ANYONE WANT TO GO TO DCLA?

This summer the Student Ministry is considering taking an elite group of our students to the DCLA Student Ministry Conference. Along with 9000 other students from across the country, we will enjoy top-tier Christian artists, great fellowship, and some of the most moving speakers in ministry to students today. Though students from Indian Run have gone before (five years ago?) its been a long time. They said it was awesome. Are you interested? To find out more about the event, check out the video above. We will leave on July 10 and return on July 13. Cost for the four days might be close to $500. Anyone interested in more is invited to bring a parent an attend a special meeting on Thursday, 2/19, at 7:30 in the Youth Room.

UPCOMING MISSIONS
STUDENT MINISTRY SUMMER MISSION (ASP) SIGNUPS OFF TO STRONG START: Almost every day someone turns in a deposit for ASP. If you are going and you haven’t turned in your deposit… what are you waiting for? Though we expect this mission will fill up, there is still room for both students and adults wishing to serve the people of Central Appalachia through this home repair mission. Don’t miss out just because you didn’t get your stuff turned in soon enough.

Find all of the information covered at the information meeting at: http://indianrunstudents.org/forms/2009_ASP_Info.pdf or pick up the packet at the Student Ministry Kiosk at the front entrance at the church. Turn in your sign-up form and deposit before we fill up!
Don’t forget, the summer mission will be June 21-27. Students who will have completed the 8th grade and will be fourteen by June 21 and adults who feel called to serve are invited to come. Deposits are due February 23 if space is available.
